A highly regarded Minneapolis law firm is currently seeking an experienced labor law attorney to join their reputable practice. The firm offers incredible support staff, high-powered associates, a marketing team, a complete set of practice areas for your clients' needs, and an excellent platform for professional growth and/or business development.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Minnesota.
- A minimum of 7 years of labor and employment experience; Must have some labor law experience, with a focus on labor negotiations and collective bargaining.
- Strong understanding of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and other labor and employment laws.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide practical, business-focused advice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Transferable book of business is preferred but not required.
